What we use

Nothing.

This website sets no cookies. Not necessary ones, not preference ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to — and a banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre.

Specifically, we do not run:

Google Analytics, or any other analytics package
Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google advertising pixels
Retargeting or conversion-tracking tags
Session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking tied to an identifier
Chat widgets, embedded social feeds or comment systems
Third-party font, script or media CDNs

Fonts, images and the background video are served from our own domain. Loading a page on this site reports nothing about you to any other company.

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. It is a way of remembering something between page loads — that you are signed in, that you dismissed a banner, or, in the case of tracking cookies, that the same browser has been seen before on a different site.

Related technologies do much the same job by other means: local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and device or browser fingerprinting. We use none of these either. Where the law treats them like cookies, so do we.

What your browser does store

Your browser caches static files from this site — the stylesheet, the script bundle, fonts, images — so that repeat visits are faster. That is standard browser caching, it is not a cookie, and it contains no identifier and no information about you. Clearing your browser cache removes it entirely.

If you have asked your operating system or browser to reduce motion, the site honours that. It reads the setting your browser reports at page load and stores nothing.

Server logs, which are not cookies

Being complete rather than clever: our web server records incoming requests, including IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This is not a cookie and it is not used to track you across sites. It exists so we can keep the site secure and diagnose faults, and it is rotated and discarded within 90 days. Our Privacy Policy covers it in full.

The audit form

The form on our contact page posts what you type straight to our own content system. It sets no cookie, it does not remember you between visits, and it does not pre-fill from a previous submission. Your browser's own autofill may offer to complete fields — that is your browser doing it, using data it already holds, with no involvement from us.

Controlling cookies anyway

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking all cookies will not affect this site, because there are none to block. It may break other sites that rely on them.

If this changes

If we ever add something that sets a cookie — an analytics tool, an embedded video, a booking widget — we will update this page before it goes live, name the cookie, say what it does and how long it lasts, and where the law requires consent, ask for it properly rather than assuming it from continued browsing.
