Our Three Step Process

Korean Motor Spares eCommerce Growth Platform

CloudIA built a large-scale online eCommerce store for Korean Motor Spares, a major auto parts company with 15+ branches nationwide, 5+ branches in Madagascar, 8+ distribution contracts, and international suppliers. The platform supported 30,000 SKUs with advanced SEO, ERP stock sync, product data automation, payment and courier gateway integrations, and marketing campaigns that helped create a new revenue stream for the business.

Client Background: Korean Motor Spares is an auto parts company that needed a stronger digital commerce channel to support product discovery, stock visibility, and online sales across a very large catalogue.

Challenge: The business needed an online eCommerce store capable of handling 30,000 SKUs while keeping product information user friendly, SEO friendly, and accurate. The project also required reliable product and stock synchronisation with the company’s ERP system, smoother checkout, real-time courier pricing, and marketing support to create awareness and sales momentum.

Solution: CloudIA created the eCommerce platform and supported it with advanced SEO, product data optimisation, product photo workflows, and custom AI automation to reduce the tedious manual work required for a catalogue of this size. We created custom hooks into their ERP system to sync product data and stock availability, integrated payment gateways, and connected third-party courier systems to return real-time courier pricing.

User Experience Improvements: The checkout experience was designed to make address entry easier and more accurate, including autocomplete to reduce delivery errors. These improvements helped customers complete purchases with less friction while giving the business a more practical operational flow behind the scenes.

Marketing and Growth: CloudIA also handled social media marketing and paid advertising for awareness. With a Google Ads PPC budget of only R150 per day, the campaigns delivered excellent numbers, improved brand image, and helped the business create a new stream of income.

Results: After 6 months, the website ranked number 1 organically across multiple relevant keywords and phrases. Within 3 months, Korean Motor Spares generated more than R100,000 in gross sales through the new online channel. CloudIA also created full sales pipelines and trained the staff team so the business could manage the new sales process more effectively.

Current Status: The site is temporarily down after the company burned down and began recovering from 10 March 2026. The case study reflects the platform, marketing, SEO, and operational systems CloudIA created before that disruption.
