Our Three Step Process

Enterprise ERP System for a Multi-Branch Auto Parts Company

CloudIA built a full ERP system for a growing auto parts company, covering point of sale, super admin dashboards, multi-branch operations, interbranch orders, inventory, CRM, reporting, purchase orders, supplier management, document generation, logistics, RBAC, multi-currency support, and white-label scalability.

Client Background: CloudIA built a full ERP system for a multi-branch auto parts company that needed a central operational platform to manage sales, inventory, branches, users, reporting, suppliers, logistics, and customer relationships at scale.

Platform Scope: The system includes point of sale, a backend super admin dashboard, a multi-branch and multi-entity structure, interbranch orders, comprehensive dashboards for each branch and entity, company-wide announcement management, intuitive CRM features, catalogue and inventory management, supplier management, shipment and logistics management, and credit account management.

Operational Features: CloudIA implemented automated purchase orders, flexible pricing models, multi-currency support, Excel import and export features, invoice generation, quote generation, backorder quotes, and other document-generation workflows. The system also caters for third-party companies that need to search and order through the platform.

Scalability and Access Control: A robust RBAC system was built to support scalability and constantly changing organisational structures. With 200+ users and a growing user base, the system can support different branches, entities, roles, permission levels, staff responsibilities, and operational workflows without becoming rigid.

Technology Stack: The ERP was built using Laravel, VueJS, Python, and MySQL. It is a full-stack development project that has grown over several years and is now 5 years old, with a massively expanding user base and a continually evolving release cycle supported by a version release manager.

User Experience: The system was designed with a clean, modern interface that is fast, responsive, and intuitive for daily operations. It is fully mobile responsive as a PWA, giving users mobile-friendly access without requiring a dedicated mobile app.

Cloud Architecture: The platform is hosted on AWS with a full cloud architecture designed for performance, security, scalability, and lower hosting costs. The infrastructure includes S3 buckets, two EC2 instances, load balancers, and automated backups to minimise downtime and protect critical business data.

Security and Reliability: CloudIA implemented security considerations on both the code side and server side, with scalable architecture, backup systems, and deployment structures that help the business operate with minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

Business Impact: This ERP became the vehicle that helped the business grow exponentially. It increased sales, improved operational performance, and raised efficiency dramatically by centralising the company’s most important workflows into one powerful, scalable system.
